We are looking for an Accounting VA (Accounting and Compliance) that will support our Singapore-based client, a global business giving movement on a mission to create a world full of giving!
Qualifications:
- A graduate of any 4 years course related to Accounting/Bookkeeping or Finance (CPA license is a plus)
- With at least 2 years of solid experience in audit, document review, and analysis.
- With at least 2 years of finance exposure specifically in reconciliation and financial processing and reporting
- Has no trouble coordinating with external partners/organization
- Good Xero applied experience
- Amenable working onsite in Avenir (Archbishop Reyes Ave, Cebu City) or Cbloc (IT Park, Cebu City)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with organisations and volunteers
- Organize, audit, and review documents
- Conduct annual review
- Reconcile accounts
- Handle financial analysis and reporting
- Create and maintain workflow reports for your assigned client
- Closely collaborate with the clients and the onshore team
