We are looking for Admin Virtual Assistants who will support Australian businesses in the Finance Industry. You will mainly focus on file management, administrative tasks, email management, social media management (if necessary), and client relations. Our clients are looking for the next superstar who wants to grow alongside their business.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed 2 years in college (any course)
- With at least 3 years of work experience in the field of banking, finance and commerce, customer service, accounting, sales and e-commerce, marketing, and human resource. Overall, any experience in administrative work is preferred
- Experience using Google and/or Microsoft Office applications, database management tools, and other computer skills
- Experience in invoicing, complex administrative tasks, and client relations is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Excellent e-Mail and calendar management skills
- High attention to detail skills
- Amenable to working on-site at our Cebu City office
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Document data entry and form or loan application assistance
- Email and Calendar Management
- Update and maintain client records on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool
- Customer and Client coordination (prospects and new & old clients)
- Client’s Social Media administration (as needed)
- Process Documentation and Process Improvement (as needed)
- Research, Reporting, and Vendor Management (as needed)
