DATA ANALYST (POWER BI)

About the Role

Data Analysts are responsible for turning data into information, ensure the quality and accuracy of that data, then the information into insight and insight by presenting it so that management can make informed business decisions.

In this role, you will be in charge of using dashboard technology—Power BI to provide accurate and fast reporting, analysis, and insights.

Working with technical and organizational teams, this is a hands-on position. To develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis, you will need to analyze, improve, and process both internal and external datasets.

By reconciling, extracting, and cleaning data, proactively identifying issues, escalating data issues and inconsistencies for assessment and remediation, developing and implementing approved solutions, and integrating them into current architecture, you will also deliver improvements in governance and data quality.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3 Years’ experience in any data driven role (E.G., Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Etc.)
Must have completed at least 2 years in college (any course)
With working experience of handling and constructing Power BI Dashboards
Strong familiarity with Data Structures, Data Modeling, SQL, and Python
MUST have at least intermediate Microsoft Office skills (skills in other software or CRMs will be in advantage)
Careful consideration of Data Quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong accuracy and meticulousness.
Able to multi-task working on different projects at once
Ability to work autonomously and is a team player

Tasks and Responsibilities:

CRM ADMINISTRATION

Configure and maintain record types, fields, data validation rules, custom workflows;
Establish and implement best practices with regard to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather & analyse requirements and propose solutions that leverage Bond functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy and consistency
Identify and implement improvements in the company’s CRM, based on the feedback received from internal stakeholders, designs and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes

DATA ANALYSIS

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquire data from data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
Work with the management to prioritize business and information needs
