A Finance Administrator will provide support to the financial department by managing admin tasks. Finance Administrators will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency of the company’s finances. The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company become fully aware of its financial condition. This way, the successful candidate can make the right decisions and accomplish long term success.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or accounting
At least 1 year experience in finance
With excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Can work with less supervision

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Email management and delegation of tasks to relevant POC
Bookkeeping
Update Staff’s 13th Month Tracker
Updating client’s payment for HMO (Intellicare)
Tracking funds and staff’s usage of HMO
Match large batches of invoices and maintain the accuracy of employee timesheets
Generating transparent figures for client invoices
Reconciling company bank accounts, balancing financial records and preparing monthly reports.
Provide oral or written reports daily, weekly and/or monthly about company debts, budgets, deficits and other expenditures
Assists in the preparation and filing of various tax applications with BIR, including tax rulings and tax refund/claim
Supporting internal and external audit compliance
Prepares drafts for monthly financial reports
Lodging invoices/statement of account and posting to Xero
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing and all other reports
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed
