We are looking for Financial Planning Administrators who will support an Australian Financial Adviser/s.
Our clients are looking for the next superstar to train and grow alongside their business.
Qualifications:
- Must have completed 2 years in college (any course). Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or Financial Services, or RG-146 is a plus
- With at least 1 year of solid experience supporting an Australian Financial Planning business (as a Client Services Officer, Financial Planning Administrator, or Paraplanner)
- With solid experience using Xplan, AdviserLogic, Coin, WorkSorted, or any Financial Planning CRM tool and their respective modules
- Experience in Financial Planning niches like Insurance, Investments, SMSF, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research skills
- Employee work set-up will be dependent on the client’s discretion
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Collecting, preparing, verifying, and maintaining all necessary client work papers and information
- Populate client application forms and follow up on their progress directly with product providers
- Manage, review, and update client data in the CRM
- Prepare and review investment reports and policy schedules
- Coordinate with different entities to complete research to back financial planning recommendation
- Implementation of financial model
