We are hiring General Virtual Assistants to provide administrative/client services support Australian clients and their business. All activities other than direct client sales should be handled by this role. This will involve general administrative duties such as handling telephone enquiries, managing databases, managing files to ensure compliance.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
MUST have at least 3 years’ experience in any of the following roles: Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant / Employee in a BPO, KPO or Shared Service company (Analyst, C/TSR, SME, Finance, Operations Support etc.).
Must have completed at least 2 years in college (any course)
MUST have excellent written and verbal English
MUST have at least Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (skills in other software or CRMs will be in advantage)

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data Entry and Travel Itinerary Management
Servicing Mailboxes and Email management
Calendar Management and Appointment Setting
Customer Service – Call and voicemail Management
Communication with broker, providers, clients and other third-party affiliates—Voice calls, video calls, emails and messaging
Assist in client’s form applications and coordinating with appropriate parties
CRM and Database Management (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box, In office Server, etc.)
Project Management –Process Documentation and Improvement and Compliance.
Perform Product Provider Notification Management to ensure all staff are updated of policy, campaign or product changes
LinkedIn Management as needed
Making sure all action items from every meeting are documented and manage related reports
