About the Role

We are looking for HubSpot (and Automation) Specialists who will develop web-based programs used to automate the collection, transformation, and delivery of company data and information. They will handle this by automating HubSpot processes (through macros) along with spreadsheet automation, upgrades, and maintenance. We are looking for the next superstar who wants to grow alongside with us.
Qualifications:
- Completed a college degree (any course)
- With at least 2 years of experience actively using HubSpot
- With a solid understanding of basic computer and IT concepts along with programming commands and troubleshooting
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects in different phases, at the same time
- Employee work set-up will be dependent on the company’s discretion
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main POC for all HubSpot concerns
- Work with the management team to review, recommend and implement best practice CRM processes and procedures within HubSpot (creation of web pages, landing pages, emails, templates, forms, workflows, contacts, integration, and settings)
- Oversee data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data cleanup, and deduping
- Builds, extracts, and manage dashboards, reports, layouts, process automation, and other configurable parts of the interface for end-users
- Responsible to deliver process simplification, workflow, and automation services to the internal team, resolving issues and queries related to automation solutions
- Works on Automation projects as needed
- Conducts continuous monitoring of the system’s use and recommend changes when needed to maximize its use
- Properly and regularly updating created automated systems on a daily basis to ensure visibility of tasks/projects accomplished, pending, delayed, or late
