We are looking for a responsible and resourceful LinkedIn Specialist with Executive Support experience. The ideal candidate should be experienced, passionate, creative, tech-savvy and able to communicate through social media channels (especially LinkedIn) and is super organized. You will be responsible for our LinkedIn online presence, and providing basic to complex administrative support to the CEO.
At least 2 years relevant previous experience handling Linkedin profiles and connection drives; preferably business account
Knowledge of Google+ and other social media channels
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to come up with digital solutions to marketing challenges via LinkedIn
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Research the list of the Dealer groups and gather the following information: Website, LinkedIn, Contact Email, etc.
Add in drafts of email to send to the companies (outreach)
Posting Socials of Webinar ads
Posting on LinkedIn and Facebook Page wall
Posting on LinkedIn wall and Groups
Connecting with Weekly Webinar Attendees/Non-Attendees on LinkedIn
Connect with Weekly Webinar Attendees /Non-Attendees every Wednesday
