Project Manager
- On-site (either Central Bloc / Avenir Building)
About the Role
The Project manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of a project from its initiation to completion. Their primary role is to ensure completion of projects through managing the project scope’s requirements, and progress.
They must also coordinate with all departments, leaders, and individual contributors involved while managing team resources and budget with the goal to successfully complete projects on time, and within budget while meeting the specified goals and objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects
- Experience in Project Management, Time Studies, and Process Mapping
- Knowledgeable in using data analysis or statistical tools (i.e minitab)
- Provide support towards continuous Improvement programs like Lean Transformation across various functions to create and enhance value to the business
- Ability to motivate, counsel, and constructively deal with people at all levels
- Should have the ability to problem solve in data structures
- Experienced using various project management tools: (Project planning tools (ghantt chart, Monday.com, click-up, asana, risk-log, change records tool)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Support Rock owners
- Work with the cross-functional teams and ensure deliverables are completed as scheduled realizing the achievement of the project milestones
- Schedule and facilitate project updates. Assertively drive traction through constructive feedback, recommend redirection or alternative actions that support the project to stay on track
- Work with cross-functional teams/across business units and work on process issues that hinder the realization and achievement of strategic projects.
- Conducts as-is process analysis and develops effective to-be processes
- Drives the creation and sustenance of systems/process documentation across the business to support organizational goals
- Provides consultative advice and trains leaders, and pebble/rock owners on the PM concepts
- Collaborate with leaders, IT, and process owners to design solutions (Automation & Process improvements) that are modular and can be replicated
- Performs data analysis and shares improvement recommendations
- Support the operations to realize Measurable, Repeatable, and Predictable processes
