About the Role
As Recruitment Specialists, you will play a vital role in attracting and identifying top talent to meet our organization’s staffing needs. You will be responsible for managing the candidate recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the selection process. Your goal is to ensure to build a strong team of qualified VAs who align with our VAP values and objectives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Completed a bachelor's degree; degree in Psychology or Human Resources is ideal
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in a Recruiter role
- Familiarity or experience with sourcing is advantageous
- Accustomed to high-volume hiring
- Can sustain a high-pressure, high-demand, and fast-paced environment
- Can deliver tight deadlines and targets
- Exceptional in verbal and written English communication
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Reach out to candidates to facilitate online assessment process for candidates who pass CV screening process. Evaluate results to determine candidate’s skills and aptitude level.
- Partner with Senior Recruitment Specialists to understand hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule candidates for comprehensive recruiter interviews
- Provide Senior Recruitment Specialists with shortlists of qualified candidates
- Ensure an efficient and positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
- Keep candidate records up to date and ensure accuracy in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Gather and complete the applicant's requirements (CV, Video or Portfolio Submissions, Character Reference) prior to endorsement
- Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitors to tailor recruitment strategies.
