As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll work with a team of specialists to achieve specific targets weekly and monthly. You are responsible in closing hiring needs specific to Clients we support. You will report to the Recruitment Lead and the CEO.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
Proven knowledge and experience in Recruitment, minimum of 3 years
Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred
Experience in the Virtual Assistance industry is preferred
Experience supporting and dealing with Australian clients is preferred
Experience in Sourcing or Marketing is a plus
Knowledge and expertise in different Job Platforms
Accustomed to high-volume hiring
Can sustain a high-pressure, high-demand and fast-paced environment
Can deliver meeting tight deadlines and targets
Must have sound judgment and great decision-making skills
Exceptional in verbal and written English communication
Excellent in administrative/organizational tasks and time management
Highly adaptable to changes
Can work with less supervision
Must be comfortable with video calls and conferences
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting, facilitating, screening and conducting interviews and assessments from beginning to end
Profiling candidates according to Client’s business needs and requirements
Working, collaborating and brainstorming with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets
Coaching members and sharing best practices in Recruitment
Communicating and maintaining outstanding relationship with Clients, Stakeholders, Business Partners and the CEO
Leading and driving continuous improvements in Recruitment Processes
