We are looking for a responsible and resourceful Executive Assistants with Social Media Management Responsibility. They will be responsible in managing the day-to-day sales and marketing activities of the company, along with providing executive administration support.
The ideal candidate should be experienced, passionate, creative, tech-savvy and able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.
You will also be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.
At least 2 years relevant previous experience as an Executive Assistant with Social Media Management responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (creative writing skills is a plus!)
Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Familiarity with current Digital Marketing technologies, like Hootsuite, Buffer, Hubspot, etc.
Experience in planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
Experience in managing LinkedIn Connection Drives
Ability to come up with digital solutions to marketing challenges
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Self-directed and able to work without supervision

Diary and email management
Prepare and create PowerPoint presentations and materials as needed; research materials and sources for presentations
Provide customer service as the first point of contact
Prepare and organize databases and reports
Handle confidential employer and client information
Present excellent customer-service skills to customers and clients
Manage filing systems, update records and organize documentation
Sales CRM management
Organising task management
Reports and analysis for management activities
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
