ABOUT THE ROLE

We are hiring Customer Service or Sales Representative to provide administrative/client services support to Australian clients and their businesses. All activities other than direct client sales should be handled by this role. This will involve general administrative duties such as handling telephone inquiries, managing databases, managing files to ensure compliance.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • MUST have at least 2 years of experience in any of the following roles: Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant / Employee in a BPO, KPO, or Shared Service company (Analyst, C/TSR, SME, Finance, Operations Support, etc.).
  • Must have completed at least 2 years in any undergrad degree
  • MUST have excellent written and verbal English
  • MUST have at least Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (skills in other software or CRMs will be an advantage)
  • Tech-savvy with good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Analytical & Problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage incoming emails, mails, faxes & message bank.
  • Sales support, (e.g. Assist with client appointment booking, research into client recommendations, quoting, processing, filing, and preparing client documents).
  • Liaising with fund managers, administrators, and life companies/banks regarding client affairs.
  • Client service, (e.g. attend to client query and request).
  • Maintenance of client databases and creation of files.
  • Assist with management reporting on a monthly basis or as required.
  • Processing applications, renewals, or changes to existing client records.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Contribute to the growth of the business by suggesting system/process improvement.
