In this role, analysts will be in charge of using dashboard technology—Power BI coupled with Client's CRM— Bond to provide accurate and fast reporting, analysis, and insights.
Working with technical and organizational teams is a hands-on position. To develop ad-hoc reporting and analysis, you will need to analyze, improve, and process both internal and external datasets. By reconciling, extracting, and cleaning data, proactively identifying issues, escalating data issues and inconsistencies for assessment and remediation, developing and implementing approved solutions, and integrating them into current architecture, you will also deliver improvements in governance and data quality.
Analysts will assist with ongoing database development, including integrations with marketing and digital platforms and data warehousing, as you are in charge of setting up, supporting, maintaining, and improving our Bond systems on a daily basis.
Must Have At Least a Years’ Experience in Any Data Driven Role (E.G., Data Analyst, Operations Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Etc.)
Completed At Least 2 Years in College (Any Course)
With Working Experience in Handling and Constructing Power BI Dashboards
Strong Familiarity with Data Structures, Data Modeling, And SQL
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders to drive high levels of data integrity and operational reliability of analytics, tools, and processes;
Perform regular data health checks to ensure data quality and completeness are maintained;
Analyze the existing membership data to resolve problem areas, database clean-up via exports and imports of data as well as the collection of data from members;
Handle large data sets for reporting purposes including graphical visualization of data for operational and executive reporting and presentations using Excel and Power BI;
Proactively drive automation of processes and reporting.
Configure and maintain record types, fields, data validation rules, and custom workflows;
Establish and implement best practices with regard to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, and data integrity in collaboration with Bond;
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and propose solutions that leverage Bond functionality. Translate approved solutions into actionable deliverables, ensuring high levels of quality, accuracy, and consistency;
Identify and implement improvements in Bond, based on the feedback received from internal stakeholders, designs and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes;
Develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all training materials and guides for processes related to Bond.
