Wish to put a VA through the Paraplanning Academy?
We offer a paraplanning academy to meet the paraplanning requirements of practice. We do offer PPA with the practice ... effectively employ an intern/ OR put their existing VA through PPA to increase the PP skills and knowledge.
- Existing VA join the part-time course to increase their knowledge
- Your future VA will undergo a 6-month, full-time, intensive training course to upskill to be able to write your SoAs. At the same time, initially, our experienced team of Paraplanners will complete your SoAs. Over time the roles swap – your VA writes your SoA and our team support them!
- Interns being able to join the business as an intern
- Your VA will go through a part-time training program, (12 hours per week)
- In approximately 3 months, your VA will be able to complete your live SoAs in class.
- Learn financial planning theory, best interest, requirements of an SoA, system training and modeling
