Every staff member is assigned a Success Manager, who supports your Virtual Assistant’s (VA) well-being and their day-to-day needs. The Success Manager is your primary point of contact to provide feedback and to communicate any issues or concerns with staff. We also find that having the support of a Success Manager increases VA happiness and tenure.
Our role at VA Platinum is to create the office environment and culture in the Philippines for your staff to thrive, so you can focus on managing the work they do. The staff are hired specifically for your business, so they are effectively your staff.
We take care of everything on the ground too: IT, HR, recruitment, and labour laws.
A full-time VA will work a 9-hour day, with 7.5 hours of productive time each day after breaks. We want VAs to mirror your working hours and schedule as closely as possible, so they will typically take a 2-week break at Christmas in alignment with your schedule. They also get 5 sick leave days per year and accrue 10 days of annual leave, which they are eligible to take once they pass their 6-month probation period.
Our systems and training are what really sets us apart from other providers. Essentially, we believe that role-specific training is best performed by you. We support you by delivering onboarding training for staff and providing access to a comprehensive knowledge base with 200+ systems, templates, and glossaries of terms.
Your team member will be added to knowledge groups for their specific role and can be seated in an area with other staff who are using the same software and performing similar tasks. We can also organise for them to shadow other experienced staff for as many hours as you like.
