Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist

About the Role

The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist will manage strategic and day-to-day recruitment marketing activities. This includes analysing target demographics, creating sourcing plans, promoting employee referral programs, organising job fairs and community events, and exploring new sourcing channels.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment marketing, content creation, or social media management
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, scheduling tools, and analytics
  • Proven success running social media recruitment campaigns and building pipelines for high-volume roles.
  • Experience in community engagement and building partnerships with schools, universities, and local organisations.
  • Knowledge of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing best practices.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably someone based in Davao, or willing to relocate to Davao

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment marketing and advertising initiatives, focusing on generating high-quality leads to expand the company’s talent pool.
  • Use digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising channels to enhance employer branding and increase talent pipeline growth.
  • Spearhead the sourcing and screening of a qualified candidate pool, executing planned initiatives such as Job Caravans, Job Fairs, Road Shows (Employee Referral), and University talks to meet hiring needs.
  • Source and coordinate LGU and PESO linkage requirements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and repurpose content for blogs, email, and social media
  • Monitor ad performance metrics and optimise campaigns based on conversion and foot traffic data
  • Manage ad budgets and prepare clear invoices for approval and execution
  • Design and create promotional materials for the Employee Referral Program
