Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)
- Experience in a customer service environment, either over the phone or face-to-face
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The willingness to go “above and beyond” for our customers
- Strong customer service ethic and commitment to excellence
- Solutions-focused and the ability to make decisions to resolve a customer’s financial situation
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, negotiate, handle multiple priorities and manage expectations
- High levels of resilience and ability to cope well under pressure and with customers in need
- Amenable to work onsite in our Cebu City Site: 14F, FilInvest Cyberzone Tower 1, Cebu IT Park, Cebu City
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Average of 150-200 action accounts per day
- Conduct outbound and inbound collection calls in high volumes
- Successfully identify customers experiencing financial hardship
- Identify and recommend customers for alternative Collection activities (e.g. repossessions, field calls, legal action, etc.)
- Conduct investigations and skip tracing to locate customers
- Take end to end accountability for accounts assigned to you
- Achieve and exceed individual and team targets each month
- Understand and comply with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
